Paper jam but with no paper, Paper Jam sensor

Hi

I have Samsung Printer SCX-4826FN. I downloaded the driver SamsungUniversalPrintDriver3_V3.00.16.0101.01

The printer still doesn't print. After giving Print command for any document, the printer starts and in about 5-8 seconds, it stops with STATUT light on the top of printer turns from Green to 'Red'. In a small window, it displays, 'Paper jam'. But after completely checking, I didn't see any paper jam.

Also, would like to know how to access Paper jam sensor? How does it look like?

Anyone has manual on basic troubleshooting?

On most printers, the paper jam sensor is aboce the back of the paper tray where the paper enters the print channel and also at the exit point to the print tray. Sometimes, there is a microscopic bit of paper interfering with the sensor. It's not always visible to the naked eye. Some times a way to clear it out is to manually push through something like a piece of a manila folder through the paper path. Something thin and flexible, but thicker than a piece of paper. Sometimes forciblr pulling out a paper jam resuls in the sensor breaking off, and that will also register as a paper jam.

@gravi90 Samsung sold their printer business to HP many years ago. You will need to visit the HP site find support.
