ComputersMy Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 developed a crack just 7 weeks after buying it. The retailer's warranty was for only 30 days, and Samsung told me their warranty won't cover it. I found a Samsung replacement for $750, and now in less than two weeks it also has a crack, despite my being very careful in transporting it. I've had laptops I've traveled with for 25 years, so I'm sure I haven't abused the laptop. Looks like a defect to me. Can anyone advise as to how I can deal with this? Otherwise, looks like I wasted my money on a defective product and I'll need to buy a laptop from another manufacturer. Frustrating.

ComputersI think so, but also know others have had the same experience, so maybe there's some kind of systematic flaw in the design or manufacturing.
