ComputersBit perplexed ...
I have two monitors attached to the Galaxy Book, which sits on a monitor stand platform between the two.
As can be seen, the Galaxy Book is folded over in what I believe is called presentation mode.
Now, the main vent for the laptop is on the bottom, which in this configuration, places it facing up, behind the laptop monitor. This would seem to provide ample ventilation.
Why then does it overheat regularly?
It becomes warm to the touch, blacks out the screen, occasionally restoring itself in 30 - 60s, but it's not uncommon for it to black out and crash.
Thoughts?
