Galaxy Book2 Pro 5G (15.6", i5, 8GB) Windows 11 22H2 still not installing

Hi team,

it's been since January 2023 I am trying to install the Windows 11 22H2 but it is always failing between 92% and 97% with the same error : 

Install error - 0x80070002

I have been browsing ever since through different forum but nothing has work out.

Any help will be welcome; thank you!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I can see how this can be frustrating with your laptop not updating. I would recommend if you have not done so already to factory reset the laptop and then try to update from there but if this does not work then, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft support as this error can be caused but not having the completed update files for the installation.
