the laptop is discharging faster than its charging. initially i thought it was the charger, so i bought a replacement but that didn't charge any faster. i bought another one with the same result. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Sounds like the battery could be going bad and not holding a charge. I would suggest contacting support and having the battery tested https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/
