Chromebook Plus v2 no longer updating ChromeOS

Chromebook Plus v2 is supported with Chrome OS updates through Aug2027, but is stuck on OS version 126.0.6478.260 and won't update when the publicly supported version is v131+. It looks like it is on the Long-term support channel somehow?

Chromebook is not a Samsung product.

Would be best to contact Google.
