80-94 percent memory ram usage in Task Manager, "Galaxy Book Go" is slow and freezes sometimes

Hello Community😊 I deleted as many apps as possible, and I disabled as many background apps as possible and I also closed all the unused tabs but my memory ram usage is always in the 80s and 90s. Any tips on how to get the memory usage down?

Easiest thing is to find the culprit causing the high cpu it could be a game or anti-virus for example sometimes a program decides to do task that take up memory usage
