A Series & Other MobileHello useryVvlgLneoe,
Thank you so much for reaching out. We understand you are getting an error message when attempting to add an email address to contacts. We understand you were able to perform this task before.
If using the Samsung Email app make sure your permissions are on.
Go to Settings> Go to apps> select Email app>tap Permissions>tap Contacts>tap the Allow.
To remove any bugs causing an issue clear the app cache.
Go to Settings> Go to apps> select Email app>tap storage> select Clear cache.
You may also, make sure your device is up-to-date and restart your device.
If you are still getting this issue, please submit an error report when this error reappears.
Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.
Tap OK on the agreement popup for sending system log data.
Select Symptom category.
Describe the problem in detail and SEND.
