move to text to speech mic button to the tool bar

I want to move this to the toolbar the best shortcut i have is to hold the space to text to speech but being with the toolbar next too or close to emotions or clipboard would be best.

But placing it there allows you to quickly swap from type-to-text to talk-to-text and back, and is consistent with changing between keyboards on the fly.

That said, other keyboards place the mic in various other places. Perhaps you should search them out, for I don't think Samsung will make this change any time soon.
