can anyone help me get control back off my device no admin should be stopping me using the phone j cant even hard reset with the buttons I have a galaxyA16

1. Go into phone settings
2. Click on Security and privacy
3. Click on More security settings
4. Click on Device admin apps

What does it show as enabled there?

Are you using your device for work, and the work IT Department has admin of your device? If that's the case, you probably agreed to that. An option is to use Secure Folder for the work side. If you aren't using the phone for work, and you are the original owner, then yes: you should be the one and only "admin" of your device.

Have you signed up your device with your workplace? That could be causing the issue. Contact your IT at your workplace.
