Why is device care messaging me at 4am how do I turn off

Literally 4am and my phone dings its device care report. How do i turn this off?

First, do not disturb is a feature, as is sleep mode. So, if you do not want interruptions during sleep turn on one or the other.  Second, if you do not want any device care notifications at all, go to settings/apps/device care (first making sure notification categories is turned on), and in the notification categories, turn off general notifications and any other category of notifications you don't want from the app.  Notifications for the app can't be disabled completely, as there are certain critical notifications that will always come through, but all categories can be turned off.  To enable notification categories, go to settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for all apps.

Just make them silent in the notification settings.So you still get them, but they don't wake you up
