I bought brand new Galaxy A14 5G SM-A146U Cell Phone threw Spectrum Mobile about only one year and a half ago... about three months ago the battery started heating... as soon as I feel the heat i take the cover right off and stop usage usually at the worst times too... the phone heats up to he point of it actually freezing the entire phone touch screen and the whole phone... nothing would work....not even the side button to turn the s reen on/off restart ect...it would stay lit up on for over an hour... then all of a sudden restart itself and 3xs over and still be almost too hot to touch... i leave it be then charge it.... the life of a full charged battery used with only Samsung charger and charger wires would heat up the cell phone... i have to take off the cell phone case when charging and definitely never use it while charging.... now over the past 3+ months it takes over 4+ hours to charge to 100% and the charge only lasts about 1 hour. I do not have games on the phone I naje sure there are zero apps running in the background round except my anti Viruous/cleaning ect... App and VPN amApps always have from the start. Other than that the phone has worked gr8. I wish there was Samsung Account added to the Programing... i had no idea about it this is my 1st Samsung device it was stolen with 4 other phones a few weeks ago and hacked into and Samsung Accounts made up that I can't get into or delete I've had zero help or luck with Samsung Mobile help care i haven't gone to police yet luckily out of everything I own i only got my only currently running cell phone back from police this Samsung phone im using rn to type this out... many other apps and accounts where hacked and created even after I had my phone back I had the highest of securities on everything on each of my phones this person had extensive knolage of what he was doing and still is it's okay I have more proof than really need...he was arrested for almost home invasion and assault and battery on 2 people... possession of narcotics and animal abuse aswell.... i will never buy a Samsung Cell Phond Again.
I'm pretty sure the battery is built in aswell so I'd have to buy a whole new phone idk any comments are welcome positive or negative I'll take them all please....
My A11 does the same. Now I having to delete cookies on apps I never use that came with the phone. I think that is what heats the phone up. How do you remove built in apps like Meta. I don't even use Social media.
