@LumineMoonwolf You would need to reach out to Straight talk for help.

I'd start by checking your sim card status by going to SETTINGS > ABOUT PHONE and be sure it shows your phone's mobile number.
Then go down to the STATUS INFORMATION section and tap on SIM CARD STATUS. Be sure that the Network shows STRAIGHT TALK, the Mobile network State shows CONNECTED, SERVICE STATE shows IN SERVICE, and the IMS REGISTRATION STATE shows REGISTERED. Also scroll to the bottom of that screen and check to see if it shows your 20 digit sim card number.
If any of these show UNKNOWN or UNREADABLE, there's most likely an issue with the sim card in your phone. But Straight Talk Customer Service will show that everything is normal on their end.
I suspect there could be an issue with the sim card. But, you have to find out first. If so, you'll have to contact Customer Service and request a replacement sim card.
I ran into this issue after I downloaded and installed Android 14 on my Samsung Galaxy S22 from AT&T Wireless. Ended up going to a local AT&T store to have a new sim card installed.
