So I learn today that you can upgrade your Galaxy a10e to android 11 but I can't because it's keeps saying lastest update 2022 April do any of you guys know what to do?
Google just stopped supporting devices with Android 12 and below starting with the April security update this year. Even if you could upgrade to 11, it wouldn't be supported anymore. If you are able to, you would benefit from a new phone with an android version that will get operating system updates and security updates. I know sometimes hearing that a new phone is needed might not be what you (or others) want to hear, but unfortunately, Android 11 is outdated now.
The new A16 5g may be a good choice. It got an excellent score on PC mag, and it offers 6 years of support. That's really great for an A series.
I was struggling to update my Galaxy a10e, and it turns out that my carrier didn't even release Android 10 or 11. So i used my computer to upgrade to Android 11.
