A Series & Other MobileIt has been suggested that I purchase a WiFi router and a wifi range extender.
What is the best of each of these devices for a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G in a dead zone. How are they connected and how do I use them??

I have to use WiFi extender or my reach to router is too far in bedroom.
You'll see when selecting wifi connection as to what speed it shows.
If furthest room still sees roughly 150mbps then extender is not needed.
Where router is located makes a huge difference.
Sitting down on a shelf half hidden by gear is not the best place.
Do what it takes to place on top of fridge so all rooms to garage can have equal access.
Speeds under 60mbps and extender will easily double it.
The extender I use was cheapest found online ~ and it now is powered on remote control power strip so by remote I can kill it and restart it when it drops connection maybe 3 times a day.
So try to target best option when getting one.
I simply followed instruction that came with extender and it worked. At seventy, it can be tough with all the abbreviations used when connecting devices sometimes.
Cheers
