Voicemail says number isn't registered

Voicemail disappeared one day, won't let me set it up again. Says my number isn't registered???

Since voicemail is a carrier provided service, they will be able to assist you with this.

Sorry here is the exact post I'm referring to: Just download and install this APK. It is the base-visual voicemail app. It will change your icon from red to green. Works perfect for me now:

Edit: I did everything everyone mentioned in this thread and was so frustrated. Finally I started trying all kinds of different APK's and kept getting errors. But the one above is the exact one you need for the s10e. I know this is my first post, but I just wanted to post this to help anyone else that might stumble upon this thread with this issue. I'm super stoked.
