I am definitely annoyed by now, because this spoken notification yells "Battery fully charged, disconnect charger" in the middle of the night. Who in Samsung thought this would be good idea (IT IS NOT) and HOW IS IT TURNED OFF FOR GOOD? I have read and tried several suggestions, none worked.
It probably would have been a good idea to list things that you've already tried because I have a suggestion and I don't know if you've tried it already. Have you looked at routines and see if maybe there was a routine made or a default routine to announce battery fully charged?
I'm sorry that you are experiencing this, but this is not something built into the OS or Samsung settings. It sounds like either you have created a routine to do this or installed a 3rd party app which is doing it. Have you reviewed the list of apps installed on your device?
This is a routine you set up and forgot about. So, the person who thought it would be a good idea is you. And putting your phone in sleep mode or turning on do not disturb when you sleep would prevent the notification.
