They are not going to take your word for it, even with pics. I've gone through this with Samsung and the only resolution I got was emailing the head of Samsung usa. You also have to tell them that you are willing to go to the better business Bureau and post on all samsung websites and apple sites as well as Facebook. Remind them that they already recalled millions of phone for this exact reason. Otherwise, they'll come up with an excuse not to cover it. Hope your luck is much better than mine.
