My A15 was stolen I got another a15 from insurance. My carrier didn't complete. My activation for 2 days. During that time they accessed my carrier from my phone and got into my new phone and have put a zero day virus on it, stolen all of my Google. Samsung accounts. I can not get anyone at carrier as they "only sell phones:. I am getting yet another phone from insurance but how can I protect myself and I still want to clear off the accounts made by thieves. What can I do?

A Series & Other MobileSince you are getting a new phone, create new Samsung and Google accounts and register the new phone with the new accounts. Don't restore any backup of your old phone - start completely from scratch. On a device that's not compromised, go into your current Google account and export your contacts to a file, then either change the password on that account or close the account. Log all devices out of that account. Do the same with the Samsung account. Log all devices out, delete the cloud backups and change the password. Personally, I'd change my phone number, as well, but getting a new SIM in a new phone, should prevent the thief from using it, but since they have the number they can clone it. Make sure you activate the device protection on your new phone, and add a protection app of your own for extra security.

A Series & Other MobileFirst, if you can still log in from a PC to your google account, remove all devices that don't belong to you (I think it is under the security section) from your account. Then, set up SMS authentication on your google account. That should prevent anyone else from getting in. You can then log in from your new phone after responding with the texted one time password and then add other authentication methods like Authenticator App, etc.
You should be able to do the same with your Samsung account.
Hope you are able to reclaim your accounts and make them secure. Good luck!
