My Samsung A156U has been maliciously enrolled into a bogus MDM account. I can't get support because everyone assumes I'm an employee who doesn't even own the device.except that is untrue, and have never had any assosiation with a company or a MDM for that matter. It's allowing for complete control and monitoring of all my Samsung phones. Phones that I upgraded from I've went back and try to re-use but they are also managed. How do I break out of this in order to continue using a Samsung device. There has got to be a way to despute this but even my attempts to gather Intel about any of it. I just get sabatoged, because this Stalker has ultimate control, trumping my user control. Someone please help.

If you have proof of purchase, you should be able to prove it's your device. I'm not sure how your phone got compromised, perhaps either your Samsung or Google account was compromised.  I'm sorry, I have no experience with managed devices, so I can't be of more help.  I have seen that people had managed devices that they owned, but allowed their company to manage, and forgot to tell the IT people to unmanage it when they left and had a difficult time of it (but that was a case where, apparently, the user could not remember which employer put the management on the phone).

I know it would be expensive to do so, but if I were you, I'd go to an uncompromised device, transfer any personal data out of my Google and Samsung accounts, change the account password and then create new accounts and buy a new phone.  I don't know how many devices you have that you currently own and are affected, but you may just have to turn them off and trash them and get replacements registered to your new accounts.  For good measure, I'd also request a new phone number, or at least a new SIM card. It's tedious and expensive, but sometimes it's the only way. How much is your personal and financial data worth to you? I have heard that the only way for management to be removed is by the person who put it on in the first place. But, as I said, I am not an expert on device management.

Change your password on your google account and then log out of all devices. You can do it on Samsung account as well I believe

My Google accounts are also compromised and it won't let me sign out of all devices. Always keeping me logged in. They have fully taken over this phone and profiles. I'm going to just get another phone, go scorched earth and guard it with my life.

I talked to Samsung knox support and they confirmed that my device is not enrolled into an MDM but says there is something called kali Linux that's does this same thing and utilizes Samsung kgclient. I haven't gotten time to look into it any further. Hopefully there's a fix🤞
