Anyone have any ideas why I'd be stuck on the May 1, 2025 security patch? I have tried manually updating on my device (A15 5g) and even tried smart switch. No success on a new security update to June 1, 2025. Is there something wrong? Do I need to factory reset or what?
May's security patch makes sense when you got the Android 15 update on June 24th. You are now waiting for July's update, which there is still three weeks left.
Additionally, you need to speak with your provider regarding update concerns as they are the ones pushing the updates. Most likely, you receive the updates after all other devices since your phone is unlocked and carriers generally push updates to their phones first.
