Hi there Since One UI 6.1 that I've noticed that my phone sometimes thinks it's on a call while it isn't. It doesn't allow me to reduce or raise the multimedia volume through the volume keys. Everytime I do enter the car, my FM transmitter dongle says that the phone is on a call. Also, my alarms don't work because when the time hits, i just get that notification sound we do get when we do receive a notification while on a call.
The only way to fix it, it is to restart. Not sure yet what does cause this, i wasn't able to pinpoint or reproduce the issue, it just happens out of the blue, sometimes not even a call is needed to trigger it.
