Soundcore Liberty 4NC earbuds not connecting to Samsung A53 via Bluetooth

So I have a great set of earbuds Soundcore Liberty 4NC and a Samsung A53 phone and I know the earbuds are working excellently on my Hisense tv,so I have trouble-shooted ,anyone want to chime in,it would help immensely and very appreciated

So are your earbuds connected to your TV when you are trying to pair to your phone?
