Screenshot button opening printer, not Gallery

When I take a screenshot recently and tap on the small photo on the bottom left, it opens my printer. How do I get it to open the gallery, as it has done in the past? I have the A54 model. Thanks much!

Try wiping the phone's cache partition. Something is interfering with the function. Have you rebooted your phone since this started happening?

Go to your phone settings, apps, look for "reset app preferences " If it's not listed there, click on the 3 dots in the rt hand corner, it will be there.
