A Series & Other MobileHello @supernatural1xx,
If you are experiencing signal problems with your phone, I would recommend reaching out to your carrier Verizon like @meself already mentioned.
Now if you are experiencing lagging issues, you can try wiping the cache partition. Doing this step is very easy and will not harm your device. This step is always good to do after any major software updates installed on your phone.
How to wipe the cache partition Galaxy A16:
- Power Off: Turn your Galaxy A16 completely off.
- Enter Recovery Mode:
- Connect your phone to a computer or another USB device (this is often required for the A16).
- Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power (Side) button at the same time.
- Release both buttons when you see the Android logo or the recovery screen.
- Navigate: Use the Volume Down button to scroll through the options and highlight "Wipe cache partition".
- Select: Press the Power button to select it.
- Confirm: Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to confirm.
- Reboot: Once the "Cache wipe complete" message appears, ensure "Reboot system now" is highlighted and press the Power button to restart your device.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance. ๐
