If it's supported, the switch would be in settings/display/navigation bar. It's either available or not. To access it, you would long press on the home button on the navigation bar (the square icon in the middle). If you are using gestures for navigation, then I don't know how you would access it with gestures.
Although, your settings look like an older UI, so I'm guessing your phone is not compatible with or running OneUI6.1.

See it my phone doesn't have this function but my phone is Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G but Samsung saying go to this list in the settings but I didn't have the item to enable this in my phone settings! then it turns out that my Samsung Galaxy a52s 5G phone really does not support the Circle to search function!š®
