I've had my Samsung Galaxy A14 5G for about 4 months now and it feels extremely warm to the touch without a case on, I am worried that it might be overheating. Should I contact Samsung?

Is this warming coming from charging it?

Go to settings and click on device care. Upon here, you'll see if any app is using high battery usage. Also, your carrier network is in which you are receiving the signal from. Could be warming your battery (using a lot of data). A lot of things contribute to battery warming. Mostly charging your phone.

Using 5G requires a lot of power. How's your battery life?

Sorry, I won't be able to give you insights. Don't have A14. But watch YouTube videos. Or click on tips in your phone settings to learn more

Hey there! Welcome to the Community. We understand how concerning it can be when your device feels like it is overheating. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. You can also try clearing the cache partition of the phone.

Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
When the green Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
Press Side key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Side key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Side key to restart the device.

If you're still having the overheating, we would suggest doing a factory data reset on the device.
