Samsung Galaxy A03s Android 13 US "Modes and Routines" Missing!

I have a Samsung Galaxy A03s This is the US version and I already got Android 13 One UI 5 and Modes and Routines is Missing from the settings and Idk how to get it back. Anyone know how to fix this solution?

Could you be able to find Modes and Routines app in Settings >> Apps? Have you checked updates in Galaxy store? Are you using RegiStar from Good Lock to customize anything?

Well no but I do not have any of those applications but I did check the Settings > Apps but no Modes or routines neither the Galaxy Store
