Sorry but they are no way to remove it unless you know the Google Email and Password that was logged into the phone before you reset it since that's a security feature to prevent people from taking phones and using them

You can try and recover if you had a recovery email or recovery phone #. When it ask for your password say forgot password and then try another way it will give you options like a txt to a number or another email that has logged into that device before ever then u my have to fill out recovery
