Sorry but you can’t remove one Ui from the phone your only option is to download another Launcher from the App Store.

Please reply with some  examples of "another Launcher  from the App Store" So I know what to download and install?

Well one is Nova Launcher, Microsoft Launcher and alot more just search Launcher in the play store and you will get a bunch of options but Nova Launcher is one of the best

If you reset the phone back to the default factory setting will it clear out the UI virus ?  Then just disable the updates to avoid re-infection ?

I just a simple working phone, not what others dictate I should have.  I had no problem when I first turned it on.
