I recently bought an A05s 4G, and I used it for a couple of days, but I ran into a little problem. My phone shutdown after the battery reached to 0. I put the phone to its own charger 10 minutes later, as I came back home, and It vibrated, not showing anything on display. I let it for Two hours, and I checked it afterwards. Still not powering on, still vibrating after charging. I had battery drainage before on other devices, and even on Samsung ones, but this time, it didn't want to turn on at all. I tried a soft reset, I tried to hold the power button, still no answer. Is it a hardware-related problem or a software-related one? How can I solve it?

Sounds like the battery died if itā€™s still within the return window Iā€™d suggest returning it if not you have a few options.

1. Contact Samsung support for warranty 

2. Contact a repair center and have it checked out

3. Contact your Carrier if you have insurance on your device

Never let your battery go to zero, the battery is deeply discharged and needs a boost to get charging again if the battery is still good. You can try a different charger and cable otherwise you'll need a service center to check the battery and get it going or replace the battery.
