No notifications from Facebook, all are turned on on phone and Facebook hate these apps being pre-installed you can't uninstall to fix them. Have tried everything I have seen concerning fixing this problem
I'm sorry, I just cannot imagine Samsung pre installing any social media app and making it uninstallable. If it is a factory unlocked phone, I don't know how much stuff you have on it, but if it was me, as much of a pain as it would be, I'd back up the phone (for insurance) and then do a factory reset without your SIM inserted and see if the app is there before you do anything else. If it is not, then your carrier installed it, and you should connect to your wi fi snd download and install Facebook. If it is stll there, see if you can uninstall it from the play store side. Then you can either restore your backup or reconfigure everything from scratch before reinserting your SIM. Of course, the act of resetting and restoring your backup may be enough to unconfuse your settings.
