Pre-installed apps issue with not getting any notifications

No notifications from Facebook, all are turned on on phone and Facebook hate these apps being pre-installed you can't uninstall to fix them. Have tried everything I have seen concerning fixing this problem

I just did this again and it will not let you use the app without updating it,

Do you have notification categories enabled? Facebook most certainly can be uninstalled and, to my knowledge, does not come pre installed on the phone -- unless you have a carrier locked phone and they pre installed it.

It is pre-installed, can only disable it

Is your phone carrier locked? As you can see, mine can be uninstalled and I have a factory unlocked phone.
