A Series & Other MobileThese apps usually provide some minimally useful feature but harbor malicious intent.

A Series & Other MobileYou have malicious adware. Uninstall any app you installed prior to this happening. Usually it comes from within a game app. Make sure you have app protection on in the security & privacy settings and run a scan. If you want to try to determine which app it's coming from, download Good Lock/Nice Catch, and turn on the settings for "toast history" and "detect commercials". You can then go back into the app after you get one of these pop ups and see if it will tell you which app it came from. Uninstall that app.

A Series & Other Mobile@jayoneone Yes, a factory reset would remove all 3rd party apps so it would clear this issue.

A Series & Other MobileA factory reset will clear it up, but not if you restore your backup, as whatever app is causing the issue is likely contained in the backup. The only way a factory reset works for this is if you set it up entirely from scratch
