Phone no longer vibrating

My phone did vibrate when I needed it too. But now it doesn't can I do anything to correct this. I have tried to update and that didn't help.

Vibrate when you turn on or off or when you get a notification or what do you mean

I mean when I turn the volume all the way down to where it shows the vibrate highlights. I don't want the ph to ring so I turn the vibrate on but it doesn't vibrate.

Not sure a update is the fix you can i think have in settings option to vibrate for when you recieved a call

That is trouble at one time it did vibrate but now it doesn't. Like I said in my post.

Have you ran the Diagnostics tests in the Support tab here in the Members App

Well I have not done that. I did take it a shop here in Jackson do I am thinking they did but I will try that. Where is that diagnostics tests at. I looked for thar tab.

When you open the Members App on the bottom you will see

Discover - Community - Support

Click Support and you should see Phone Diagnostics

Id also suggest putting your phone into safe mode and testing to see if the Vibration starts working.

Just like they managed to lower the volume, they may have also lowered the vibration intensity. Go to sounds and vibration/vibration intensity and make sure the intensity is all the way up for nitifications and phone.
