Yes every samsung galaxy phone has a second app store and it's called the galaxy store there you can download apps like tiktoc and microsoft apps it has some apps that google play does not have and apps google play does have some devices may need it download if it doesn't have a samsung account on it it can still be used without a Samsung account but does not let you download most apps until you sign in with samsung
