Not happy with the Galaxy A16 5G phone

I have a A16 5G Galaxy Phone and hands down.It is the worst phone I've ever owned in my life.I will never get this phone again.I recommend you don't get a phone such as this.It's slow, it freezes up.It's horrible.

Do not waste your money on the a16!!!!!!! I love galaxy but this a16 is the worst phone I've ever had!!!!! If I could i would take a hammer to it just to take some of the frustration out what a piece of **bleep** i hate this thing!!!!!!

Ok that's why I said your choice on games i didn't find much on Instagram running in background help just that if set to not run in background it will be slower in response

Hey there, one thing that I found is helpful to run every once in awhile is the device check up feature in settings. It will do a lot of the work for you and easy to understand if there is a suggestion for an improvement for a specific area of your phone, I'll share a link from the help articles for more info, hopefully this Keep your Galaxy phone or tablet from slowing down with Device Care

I used to have a Galaxy A16 and returned it for the same exact reason. I only lasted with it for a month from how bad it was. My understanding, the phone itself was not made with the best software. The camera too, is poor.

I would encourage you to upgrade as I did.

Needs a recalled immediately im losing messages, constantly resetting it calls not connecting and no its not my carrier.
