Not happy with the Galaxy A16 5G phone

I have a A16 5G Galaxy Phone and hands down.It is the worst phone I've ever owned in my life.I will never get this phone again.I recommend you don't get a phone such as this.It's slow, it freezes up.It's horrible.

Well, you get what you pay for 🙃. But in a more serious tone, I've used the Galaxy A13 and A14 5G before, it was an OK experience, some stuttering here and there. I know using the 13 is not the same as using the 16, but if a worse phone can still be smooth-ish experience, you must have something going on with yours. Have you tried restarting often? Uninstalling some bloat (apps)?

Yes, my old phone was A14 and was happy with it.  And now the next one that the company issued to us under 800 PLAN is A16 comes free with the plan.

I never had complaints with company phones issued to me before under the plan.  But this A16 is the worst.

For me I would rather buy a used s22 for 170 than a new a16 for 200

if you go with A series, A3x series such as A35 or A36 is the minimum
