Not happy with the Galaxy A16 5G phone

I have a A16 5G Galaxy Phone and hands down.It is the worst phone I've ever owned in my life.I will never get this phone again.I recommend you don't get a phone such as this.It's slow, it freezes up.It's horrible.

There is slow because a phone has a basic processor, and then there's slow because something is not right. Slower should not mean laggy. Your phone should function well enough to notice very little difference in performance. What is happening when you notice lag?

Call your network provider or mobile phone company . Have them switch towers your phone is using.

Have you cleared the phone's cache partition in addition to deleting old files?

Im new my phone runs super slow I got the a16 why it so slow

A16 are slower phones compared to the S series. Maybe think about upgrading 🙏

Define "slow". What is happening? Be specific. The A16 is the lowest model budget phone. As such, it does not have pemium hardware or a premium processor, and less features than all other models. This will affect performance, but it should not be significant.

Sorry to say that the A1x phones are the most basic model of the budget phones, so if you are clearing the phone and app caches, making sure you have not filled up your hard drive (you should leave a minimum of 10% free for the apps to have working space, or things will slow down considerably), and optimizing regularly, you've done all you can do.  The phone has an adequate processor to perform the basic functions of a phone that does some stuff.  I don't know what you consider slow.

It is very laggy there's times where the phone becomes unusable and everything crashes even with ram plus disabled and I have very little apps
