Galaxy A-14 became the **bleep**tiest phone ever when samsung took away smartview in this phone. What a waist of money!! And after multiple complaints to tech about getting a software update to get smartview. I was ignored by tech till I gave up. Samsung obviously doesn't care that they did customers dirty with Galaxy A-14 !😡
You bought a basic phone. You can't expect more than basic features. Sorry to say, but Smart View isn't considered a basic feature. Did you even read the specs or any articles about what's included before making the decision to purchase that particular model? Did you ask pre-purchase questions about whether the features that were important to you were included?
