Hi, i just got this phone yesterday & im trying to charge it all day & for some odd rereason, it will NOT charge past 9%. Its Extremely frustrating, anyone got any ideas Please help, its a Samsung A05 Thanks
The A05 was introduced in 2023, so it may be new to you, but it is not a new phone. Did you buy it new or used? Even if it was new, sitting in the box for a few years, may have ruined the battery. If it was new it should have come with the proper cable. If you are using an older charging block, it might not have enough power. You need a charger with a minimum rating of 25 watts. Anything less and you will get a trickle charge (and possibly a reverse charge)
Or, you can return the phone since it's just been purchased.
