Network permanent unlock code

Is there a way I can permanently unlock the network so I can use for any Carrier with this Samsung.A fifteen t mobile phone?

It's fully paid for, my neighbor didn't like it so she sold it to me

You need to have your neighbor contact her carrier and have the the phone unlocked. Some carrier's allow the phone to be unlocked on their website.

If your phone is currently locked to a carrier, only the carrier can unlock it. You'll have to check with them to get it unlocked.

Been few years but there maybe still option to unlock phone in the connection settings otherwise as long as its paid off and been active for set amount of time than be simple to unlock
