My samsung a53 5g stopped recognizing my Sim card after an update

Seems to be affecting other models also several have reported it on here

It appears to me that the gave you instructions to follow.  I'd follow them.  That is actually the most detailed response from the developers I have ever seen.

those are special diagnostic codes and a SIM card is not needed to dial.  If you have issues with it, tap the "ask again" link, and tell them you are unable to complete the instructions. That will attach to your original report.
