My microphones will not work and no one can hear me on my calls. Bluetooth speakers were allowing me to be heard at first but no longer. People could hear me on speakerphone at first but now that doesn't work either. I've done every test and check asked of me to do and nothing works.

Did you run diagnostics in Device Care? What was the result?

You should take the device to an authorized service center for further evaluation. See @CEParsons comment for the link to find one near you.

You mention you've "done every test and check." To clarify, does that mean you have run diagnostics in the support tab of the Members app?

Microphones no longer working would typically indicate a hardware failure. You will most likely need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.

You'll want to run Diagnostics under Device Care and do microphone tests. If you can't hear the recordings you make during those tests, then your mics aren't working.
