My a53 5g isn't showing me an update

I'm currently using a Samsung a53 5g and for some reason every time I try to update, my phone says that it's already up to date, and my UI version is ONE UI 6. Please help!

This is a common thing when buying from Amazon if it not the official Samsung store and you buy from a 3rd party vender.

My carrier has been the same one since I bought the phone, and I've been able to update it many times in the past year...
