I am attempting to install an app onto my Galaxy A54 5G, but I'm not successful (I've installed many apps before). First, I downloaded the app from the Google Play Store. Second, when I attempt install the app, one page flashes by very quickly, much too quickly to read. Third, another page pops up permanently that has the message "Logon denied."

Is there any way to slow down the first page so that is readable? Or could that page be in readable form in short-term memory? I believe there are app installation intructions on the page that goes by too fast to read.

The app is the Netgear Nighthawk app, which I've used for years. I just installed a new Nighthawk cable modem, which connects to my Nighthawk wireless router. I'm assuming that Netgear released a new version of the Nighthawk smartphone app, which is why I need to re-install it (I don't have any trouble downloading it). I can access my router through the web, but it is much more convenient to use the phone app. I contacted Netgear about this, and they were absolutely worthless.

@Members_hi0XaeE Have you reached out to the developers of that app to see if they have a solution?

Given that I too upgraded from the a52 to the a54 (8gb, 256gb), I tend to disagree. With the exception of the battery life (more a oneui6 issue) and possibly the camera issue, the phone has worked beautifully for me, comparative to my a52. Sorry your experience/expectations aren't met.

It's been my experience that when you download an app, the download and installation is one process. Not like a computer where you download the program, then access the file and install. So, whatever is happening with your installation process probably has more to do with the program itself. Since it's not a Samsung app, you really will have to deal with the app developer.
