I added my Microsoft account into My Files app on both my devices (Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ and Galaxy A52s). When I try to open OneDrive storage, the app try to load for a few seconds, but after that it simply says "No files". Obviously, I have a lot of files in my OneDrive storage.

I tried to delete cache and data of My Files app, signing out from the Microsoft account and signing in again, but nothing. This problem occurs for some days, before that it worked as it should.

This worked. I had no such help with samsung support chat with an agent. God, I hope they solve this problem, cause I rely on this app for work and integrating all my cloud storage. I wish they would fix these bugs before release (beta test if u have to...). Thanks for the info, really helped me out.

This has worked. I uninstalled the update in My Store.

Open app My Store/search my files/Select Uninstall = Will remove the last update.
Worked on both my S25 ultra and tablet.

Wasted 2 hours day before with Samsung support got nowhere. 🙄

Works like a charm. I guess this will do until Samsung actually fixes it with a proper update.

This worked! You're an absolute lifesaver. I had no clue you could even do this!

Same here, guys.

Uninstall the My Files updates and OneDrive will show files.  Thanks @Corca for the advice.

Hi,

Good to know it helped.

Update of current status.

After uninstalling updates and then updating a couple of times it now works with my files updated to latest version.

Hope this helps many.

Corca.

Same here, I used to access onedrive files via my files app on samsung s21 FE all the time. Suddenly it keeps syncing them telling me I have no files. I can access them via a Web browser or via the onedrive app, but that's really clunky and time-consuming compared to being able to access them via the files app.

I've updated my phone and the apps, restarted my phone, etc. Nothing works, and now I have the useless Android 15/one ui 7 running my phone as well. Like the problem wasn't bad enough 🙄🤦‍♀️

Even after uninstalling updates, OneDrive storage doesn't work properly: with the base version, it only show files from main directory, letting me open them too. But if I try to open any other folders, it show no files again. Update to newer versions doesn't help.
