A Series & Other MobileHello Durga_krishnamoorthi, I understand your concerns with your app drawer not showing the three dots to change the settings. Have you tried clearing your cache partition or a factory data reset?
To clear the cache partition to your device: power off the device, press and hold the power and volume up buttons simultaneously, once the Samsung logo appears release the power button, select clear cache partition from menu and reboot phone as normal
Perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: Perform a factory reset on your Galaxy phone or tablet
If the troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue, you can submit an error report by: Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of having our devices customized to our needs and for easier use. In order to better assist you, when you swipe up on the home screen do you see the three dots on the bottom of that screen?
Can you please provide me with a picture of what the app drawer screen looks like on your A54?
