A Series & Other MobileHello GodofWar88,
Thank you so much for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand that your A53 is freezing and making a sound and then restarting. If your device is crashing randomly do as member meself suggested and back up your device to then perform a factory data reset. If your device is crashing when a certain app is in use you may want to try these steps before performing a factory data reset.
First, make sure your device is up-to-date.
Go to Settings> about device> software update> update
Then, check to see if a third part app is causing this issue. Safe Mode allows you to make this determination by disabling all installed apps. If the issue doesn't appear while the phone is in Safe Mode the problem is caused by a downloaded app, and it should be uninstalled. Press and hold the Power button> Tap Safe Mode>Your phone will restart in safe mode. Test your phone. If it is still crashing restart your device as normal to exit Safe Mode. If it is no longer crashing uninstall recently installed apps until issue is gone to find the malicious app.
Sometimes failures to restart device daily causes apps to crash due to memory glitch.
Go to apps> manage applications>select crashing app> tap clear data and clear cache.
Now, you may back up your device completely. Performing Factory Data resets resolve issues that cannot be identified. After you have backed up your device go to settings> Factory Data Reset> tap Factory Data Reset> tap Reset> follow the on-screen prompts. Your phone will reboot and now continue the initial set up for your Samsung phone.
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
