The phone apparently works good BUT st some point loose internet connection when it works on mobile network, I have tested for fact is a phone issue because none of the different sim cards, mobile providers, or reset settings, make the phone work properly, while testing at the same time my old Samsung A71 this works all the time.

 
Please Samsung help us with a solution because is a factory defect.
 
On wifi work perfect the issues is on mobile data stability.

Maybe you have or don't wifi at house or you can go to a nearby store like Walmart or Dollar General store, Scotchman, Birdies, family Dollar. You can buy an wifi router at Walmart or Target store to setup wifi at your house. Ask a store associate for where the router are located in their store!!! šŸ˜Š

It could be an IMS issue internet framework , the last one I think is APN, Access point names and lastly it could be the net operators

Is the A55 a U.S. model?  If you are not in the U.S. or your phone is not U.S. equipment, you would have to contact Samsung for your/your phone's area.

It's a dual sim model, I assume is an international model, but I'm using it in usa

I just got a slightly used A53 and there's this same issue. Data connection is not made unless it with wifi I've reset, reboot, restart, I've followed every suggestion. But still no mobile data. Even tried different APN seems I can't manually select. Stays stuck on auto

I have the same issue with the A55 in Australia.

I will be connected to 4G or 5G, and the arrows will indicate downloading or uploading. Then suddenly a video will buffer or a webpage won't load. It still shows I'm connected to 4G/5G, but the arrows are blank.

Occasionally, it also shows no 4G/5G and even no VOTLE.

I was unsure whether it was a service provider issue, but I've seen enough comments on samsung support that I believe it is a phone issue.

To fix it I have to turn on/off airplane mode, or reset network configuration.

This happens once an hour.
